We are a local Commercial and Residential HVAC service company in Concord for over 20 years. We offer family medical, dental, vacation, vehicle and more. We are looking for lead installers to join our team. The work is full time and year round. Must have a clean DMV and a positive attitude!
HVAC Lead Install Duties and Responsibilities:
Removing and installing various HVAC systems
Training junior team members
Communicating with clients and customers
Assessing new installation and getting measurements and detail specifics for duct design, electrical and supply ordering
problem-solving is a big part of the job, and Team leaders need good communication skills so they can explain to team what scope of work and how to delegate.
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
Primarily will be removing and replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems (furnaces and AC) in single family residential homes and commercial package units. Requires a combination of mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, common sense and ability to take a follow direction.
