Lead Builder Wanted
The Lead Builder position is for candidates with in depth experience building vans.
Duties include:
-installing windows, vent fans, heaters, ac units and similar items requiring cutting holes in van bodies
-mounting and installing roof racks, ladders, cargo carriers, solar panels, seats and other accessories
-installing floors and interior paneling kits and performing interior finishing and upholstery
-creating and installing wire harnesses
-assembling and finishing cabinetry units and installing in van
-installing water tanks and plumbing
-overseeing project completion from start to finish
Requirements:
-Prior professional experience in the van conversion industry or equivalent
-advanced power tool, marking and measuring skills
-attention to detail
-knowledge of woodworking and joinery
-knowledge of 120v and 12v electrical systems
-ability to lift 50 lbs or more
-interest in off-grid, van life & tiny home culture a plus
