About Us: DRYFAST is a dynamic and growing Water Mitigation company that values efficiency and teamwork. We are seeking a Water Damage Lead Technician to join our team.
Qualifications
- Restoration Experience: 1 year (Required)
- IICRC Certifications: WRT (Required), ASD, AMRT (Preferred)
- Must have exceptional driving history.
- Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather. Must be available to work some nights and weekends (rotation basis)
- 18 years of age, or older
- Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs
- Must have a positive can-do attitude
List of Duties
- Lead Techs respond 24/7 when on call (we have a rotating on call)
- Understand and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Lead water techs are responsible for the job from start to finish. That means meeting with the customer to determine the scope of work, getting the authorization signed, and doing the work with other technicians while delivering relentless customer service
- Document the job progress with pictures, dry logs, scope sheets and e-mails – we will show you our process
- Prepping trucks and equipment for emergencies
- Assess and attend to damage at a Client's property
- Set-up and Monitor equipment daily
- Perform demolition of loss (if necessary)
- Provide daily basic job reports to immediate supervisor
- Be safe and follow guidelines established through Industry Standards
- Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Attend Company Meetings
- Attend on the job classes, seminars, webinars, or other training to expand current knowledge and skill levels
- Provide feedback to Supervisors, Management, and Staff to constantly improve our processes and procedures
