We are seeking an experienced Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water damage restoration, including expertise in using all necessary equipment, bidding work, and handling interactions with insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water damage restoration services in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Utilize all equipment effectively and safely to mitigate water damage and restore affected properties.
- Assess damage and provide accurate bids for restoration work.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies throughout the claims process.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and dry logs required by insurance companies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in water damage restoration.
- Proficiency in using all equipment related to water damage restoration.
- Strong understanding of how to bid work and deal with insurance companies.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
