ALFA International Logistics, a growing international freight forwarder / NVOCC in South San Francisco is expanding our team. We are seeking potential candidates, from entry level to 1-2 years of experience, for the Air / Ocean Operations positions. Qualifications and Skills
The primary functions of the Air / Ocean Operations position are to perform freight forwarding import and export operations functions, provide support to company's sales force and international accounts. Requirements:
- AA/BA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient with any major Forwarder Operating System and MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Some experience in operations covering international transportation, freight forwarding, and NVOCC is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent English speaking, writing and math skills are required
- Detail-oriented, communication and organizational skills are necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential
