Position Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Answering HIGH VOLUME Calls, VERY FAST PACE.
- Providing excellent customer service to each patient
- Multitasking
- Dispatching orders to drivers
- Verifying Patients with a valid recommendations
Requirements:
- Moderate to high degree of computer knowledge with a windows environments. (Word/Excel)
DRIVING JOB:
Must have valid drivers license clean dmv you drive are cars
⢠Clean record with no major marks
⢠Ability to drive 100+ miles a day per shift without fatigue
⢠4-8 hour shifts are required - Longer available
⢠Must be able to use technology with no issues
⢠Keep company vehicle log accurate and accident free
⢠Ensure greatest customer satisfaction and service
