Water tender driver wanted. Good pay to drive two axle or three axle water trucks at wildland fires. Must have class A or class B commercial driver's license with tank endorsement and air brakes. Experience preferred. Must be able to work independently. Must be reliable and have a good attitude.
Our company helps Cal Fire fight wildland fires with our water trucks To do this you have to take a one day safety class. Having your Fireline Safety Awareness for Hired Vendors card is mandatory. You camp out for the duration of the fire but you get paid more than regular water truck driving. Sometime hotels are available but not always. If you do this work you know what I mean.
