We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet and Facilities Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing our fleet operations, supervising the Fleet Coordinator, and managing all aspects of our company's facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
1. Supervise the Fleet Coordinator and provide strategic direction for fleet operations and maintenance.
2. Oversee and engage with the maintenance, repair, and replacement schedules for all company vehicles and equipment.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.
4. Analyze and optimize fleet performance, costs, and efficiency.
5. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and regulatory agencies related to fleet operations.
Facilities Management:
1. Oversee the maintenance, security, and operations of all company facilities.
2. Develop and implement facilities policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
3. Manage facility-related budgets, maintenance, and renovation projects.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to address facility-related needs and concerns.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in fleet management and facilities operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software systems for fleet management and facilities operations.
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in both fleet and facilities management.
Experience with project management and budget control.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
