Job Title: Material Expeditor/Delivery Person
Reports To: Store Manager
Hourly Pay Range: This is a Union position, dependent on experience
Starting pay will depend on knowledge, skills, and ability
Location: Warehouse is in San Ramon and delivers throughout the Bay Area
We are in search of skilled Material Expeditors who can function well as part of a team. You must have effective organizational and communication skills to service our clientele efficiently.
We seek highly motivated and experienced individuals with a background in commercial construction and industrial equipment; preferably HVAC experience.

- Previous experience in material handling or similar roles

- Diligent attention to detail and safety
#### Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport materials to job sites and customer locations in a timely, safe, and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate logs and complete pre-trip inspections
- Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment
- Maintain truck equipment
- Ensure the service and appearance of the truck
- Follow delivery and pickup instructions from the Warehouse Manager and Construction Supervisor
- Perform any other duties as assigned
#### Education, Experience, and Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA familiarity/training
#### Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequent holding and grasping with the hands when loading and unloading equipment and chaining down equipment
- Frequent use of foot/feet to operate foot pedals on equipment and trucks
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
