Office Clerk / Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatch Manager smart worker who can take care of normal day to day routine work.

Good communication skills and someone who knows operating an MS office.

You're Job responsibilities are as follows

Making appointments with the customers and clients for pick up and deliveries

Responsible for fielding incoming calls from drivers and customer service; gathering and recording delivery time information and delivery status on selected accounts.

Keeping an eye over emails are responding to them accordingly

Making sure drivers are on time for their deliveries

Direct, optimize and coordinate with drivers , Updating Client and Customers with load

Data entry or administrative assistant experience

Problem solving abilities.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a logistics / office

MS office proficient

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Communication skills require - Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able and comfortable to working in an environment without immediate supervision

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk and hear.

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Must be able to use a computer terminal effectively, as well as other office equipment.

Must be able to perform data entry functions continuously.
