Sweft Transportation is a growing start-up company that caters to schools and provides reliable and safe transportation for students. We’re focused on helping students with special needs attend their classes and access educational resources with confidence. We provide a safe, friendly driver to these students daily. As a team, we’re focused on work/life balance, and we offer part-time positions. By part-time, we don’t mean 4 hours of continuous work on-site. At Sweft, you’ll earn a typical 4-hour salary for about 1 to 2 hours of work each day.
We’re hiring additional drivers who will be helping these students get to school and back home while earning a great income in exchange for a small amount of time.
The qualifications:
SAFE DRIVER: You have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. You’re careful and considerate of anyone who rides in your vehicle.
21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
RELIABLE PERSON: You’ll show up on time every day to pick up students on your route so they can get to class on time. Additionally, you’ll show up on time to pick them up from school and get them home safely.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You’ll be interacting with the same student(s) daily. These students have special needs, so a big part of this role is building trust and confidence between you and your assigned students.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE: These students are counting on you to get them where they need to go with a smile and a cheerful attitude. If you’re an empathetic person who notices when someone has had a rough day, please apply!
CLEAN RECORD AND GOOD HEALTH: You’ll pass the background check with flying colors, along with a drug and TB test.
Position information:
$40/trip plus $2 for each additional mile after the first 10 miles.
The number of trips available for each driver is 2-5 trips a day.
You will be servicing 1-3 students per trip.
Distance per trip is 2-5 miles
The duration is 15-20 minutes
