We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to serve as a Personal Assistant/Driver for our CEO. This position involves both administrative duties and driving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and timely transportation of the CEO to various destinations.
- Assist the CEO with tasks such as organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing the calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (up to 50 hours per week).
- Location: San Francisco & Bay Area
