Position: Pest Control Technician
Location: San Jose, CA.
Salary: $25-$40 per hour Full-time & $1,000 sign-on bonus!
Job specifics:
Complete residential/commercial work orders scheduled for service
Safely driving a company vehicle
Report writing
Complete other assigned duties
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required or its equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous customer service, service technician or related duties
Exceptional written and communication skills
Proficiency using smart phones and laptops
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
Lift and carry up to 65 lbs & climb ladders up to 30 feet
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Valid driver’s license required with a good/clean driving record
Willingness to submit to drug testing and multiple criminal background checks and a physical exam
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
Authorized to work in the United States as immigration sponsorship is Not available for this role
