Red Line Towing is looking for the right person to train to add to our team. No tow truck operator experience is required, however, having more than basic knowledge about cars and trucks would be very beneficial. Must have a good driving record with no DUI's, no recreational drug use of any kind, have good hygiene habits, able to work well with others, able to follow instructions. Must be over 25 years of age. We are willing to take the time to train someone who can commit to his job.
A tow truck operator duties at our company(after training) must:
-Be able to operate/work without supervision
-Work alongside all first responders and follow instructions on scene
-Be capable of working odd hours like nights and or weekends.
-Able to do basic math
-Able to work in high-stress environments
-Able to deal with angry customers and deescalate the situation
-Be comfortable working in dangerous road conditions, high traffic, and be in good physical condition to walk up and down hills or similar to recover vehicles.
-Must be able to solve problems on the fly. No two vehicle recoveries are exactly the same.
We are a small company and for the right person, the long term potential is great.
