Work Remote 90% of the time with occasional in-person meeting in Santa Cruz County. You must be geographically located in Northern California and be able & willing to travel to the Aptos/Santa Cruz area for occasional meetings.
Job: Includes a variety of programming and software development tasks including: Training and tuning LLMs to be AI agents, working with CrewAI and other multi-agent AI systems, website programming and SEO, database query and backend programming, using WIX website development tools, researching and using latest open-source and closed source AI tools and models, participating in Zoom meetings, and miscellaneous technical support tasks to support other team members with less technical expertise.
Essential Requirements: Must be extremely reliable and punctual, trustworthy, with excellent communication and programming skills. Self-starter willing to take the initiative and tackle new projects even if they require rapid learning, problem solving, and figuring things out as the task progresses.
Highly Desirable Experience / Skills: 1) Python skills; 2) SQL, MySQL, Vector databases (e.g. Pinecone) or similar database skills; 3) Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g. ChatGPT, GPTx, Google’s Gemini Pro., Meta’s Llama models, Claude, etc.) 4) Experience with RAG, LoRa, and/or customizing tuning / training/ off-the-shelf LLMs; 5) Github experience; 6) Hugging Face experience; 7) Experience with CrewAI or other multi-agent platforms; 8) Website development experience (HTML, Javascript, content development); 9) SEO experience; 10) Interest or background in Artificial Intelligence and AI safety, helping humanity via fostering safe AI systems.
