Description Job Title: Help Desk Support SpecialistLocation: Sherman Oaks, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Salary: $30/hr + overtime and bonus eligibilityBenefits: Highly subsidized health insurance, 3 weeks PTO. 401K with employer matching.Core Hours: 9am – 6pm, flexibility for on-call hours as neededResponsibilities:
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Assist with the setup and configuration of Office 365 and other software applications
Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Document support activities and maintain knowledge base for future reference
Provide training and guidance to end users on IT-related topics
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Help Desk Support
Strong understanding of Office 365, VPN Technologies, in-person and remote support (50 users, 120 endpoints)
Proficiency in Windows 10 and/or 11 operating systems, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with MAC OS environment for remote users
Finance and Accounting software support experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
