Denny Bar Company is looking for a fun, energetic server to join our team!
Experience preferred – but willing to train the right person with a customer-centric focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
OPENING RESTAURANT
Fill water carafes
Fill ice bins
Check Lemonade and ice tea (make if necessary)
Check & stock mocktail ingredients
Stocking (To-go boxes, sugars for coffee, half & half)
Straighten chairs in dining room
Check that appropriate menus are out (lunch/dinner/brunch)
Check reservations & set-up imminent guests
Fill silverware drawer at hostess station
DURING SERVICE
Seat guests if hostess is not available
Bring water & carafes for table
Greet guests within 1 minute of being seated
Enter food into Point of Sale (POS) correctly (Appetizers on separate ticket as entrees, time entrees appropriately)
Offer dessert & coffee to every guest at the end of their meal
Keep track of money and all credit card tickets
Polish silverware and put into roll-ups
END OF SHIFT
Make sure everything is stocked before you leave
Clock-out
Receive or turn money in, close all credit cards and turn in paperwork
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, sitting, standing, for 5 to 10 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
