What You’ll Do:
Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and dosages to make informed recommendations.
Ensure accurate customer intake, verification, and payment processing using the POS system.
Stay up to date on cannabis products, laws, and company policies.
Maintain a welcoming, safe, and compliant store environment.
Assist with inventory intake, stocking, and conditioning.
Provide exceptional service by communicating effectively with customers and team members.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Participate in company meetings and team discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 21+ years old with a valid ID.
Guard Card certification required.
Ability to pass all required background checks and certifications.
6+ months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
Ability to multitask, take direction, and work independently.
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
