Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver – Happy Camp Route (Seeking Candidates in Yreka & Mt. Shasta)
Position Summary
Are you a reliable, safety-focused individual who thrives on the open road? Join our team as a dedicated Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver focused exclusively on the Happy Camp, CA route. This is an essential role where you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and picking up packages, providing excellent customer service, and representing the FedEx brand. We are specifically seeking candidates who reside in the Yreka or Mt. Shasta areas for convenient daily vehicle pickup and return.

Primary Work Area (Route): Happy Camp, CA.
Ideal Candidate Location: Must be able to commute daily to pick up the delivery vehicle from an established location near Yreka or Mt. Shasta (specific location provided upon hire).
Key Responsibilities
Package Delivery & Pickup: Accurately and promptly deliver and pick up packages across the assigned Happy Camp route.
Physical Handling: Safely handle packages, including the ability to lift and maneuver items up to 150 pounds (with the assistance of a dolly or hand truck when necessary).
Vehicle Pickup/Return: Start and end each shift by picking up and returning the delivery vehicle from the designated location near Yreka or Mt. Shasta.
Route Navigation: Efficiently plan and execute the daily route using routing software and accurately locate addresses.
Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and hours worked.
Required Qualifications (The Must-Haves)
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Driving Record: A clean and verifiable driving record is MANDATORY (will be verified by the employer).
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (e.g., bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing in and out of a truck).
Background & Testing: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and a drug test is required.
Geographic Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Yreka or Mt. Shasta to facilitate daily vehicle pickup.
