A well-established construction business in Grover Beach, CA with four companies is seeking a QuickBooks' experienced part-time Bookkeeper.
Job Requirements:
Enter Bank Deposits and Print Deposit Summary Reports
Enter Accounts Payable Invoices
Print Accounts Payable Checks
Enter Credit Card Charges and Prepare Credit Card Reconciliations
Making Loan Payments and Reconciling to Loan Statements
Prepare Weekly Cash Balance Reports for Each Company.
Prepare Weekly Job Estimates vs. Actual Detail Reports for Active Jobs
Prepare Bank Reconciliations
Make Journal Entries for Intercompany Transactions.
Reconcile all Intercompany Accounts/Notes Receivable and Accounts/Notes Payable Accounts
Print weekly Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Reports
Manage a Schedule of all Property Tax Payments
General Requirements:
High School Diploma
Bookkeeping/Accounting Education
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Minimum of 2 Years Prior QuickBooks Bookkeeping Experience
Familiarity with Construction and Job Codes, a Plus
Proven Multi-Tasking Capability
Strong Communication Skills
Self-motivation and Ability to Work Independently, as well as with a Team
