Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all on-site activities for restoration projects. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities at job sites during restoration projects
Execute the project according to the plan established by the Project Director
Manage crew assignments and monitor performance
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project progression
Measure and assess job sites for required materials
Acquire and manage project materials and supplies as needed
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the project
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction, restoration, or project management preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and Clean Background
