We are a General Contracting firm that specializes in public works projects. We are continually growing and acquiring new projects in the greater San Luis Obispo area.
Currently, we are seeking a long term, motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team with the following credentials:
Public Works experience
K-12 experience
Extensive carpentry skills, including layout & detail
Concrete skills, including form setting & finishing
Ability to interpret blueprints & project specifications
Coordinate & schedule subcontractors
Ability to generate and track RFI's
Ability to track and generate PCO's, PCCO's, and SCO's
Ability to review, track and process project submittals
Ability to create & update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera Suretrak
Experience working with Project Site is a plus
Must be computer literate: MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Project
Must be available to travel a 90-mile radius around San Luis Obispo area
