THE SANDBOX Paso Robles, a coworking space and shared office space, is growing our team and looking for an individual to join us starting in November in Paso Robles as a Community Manager.
This is a part-time opportunity. Working up to 20 hours a week.
Compensation Range: $19 to $20 an hour to start + a SANDBOX All Access Coworking Membership
This is a great role for a small business owner, student, or anyone that can also utilize the coworking space while not working for THE SANDBOX.
Responsibilities:

- Work onsite from 8:30 to noon as a host to answer member and visitor questions (some afternoon shifts may also be availalbe)
- Keep the space tidy and neat, and keep the facility looking good
- Assist with new member growth and conduct tours of THE SANDBOX facility
- Help to organize monthly get togethers for SANDBOX members to build the community
- Engage the local community by networking & attending an occasional outside events (ex. Chamber of Commerce or Main Street Association)
- Answer emails from customers and individuals interested in working at THE SANDBOX
- Communicate clearly with SANDBOX members in person and via the phone or email
- Open the building in the morning and ensure it is ready for business
- Coordinate with additional staff members and the business owner to make sure the business is running smoothly
- Contribute to THE SANDBOX social media accounts
- Create signage for THE SANDBOX to announce events and communicate with members
Required Experience

- Experience in a role that relied on communication to customers
- A vibrant personality and ability to connect with people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- An interest in entrepreneurship and business
Some Experience in the following software platforms would also be great!

- Proficient Computer Skills (Google Business Suite)
- Email & Social Marketing (Mailchimp, Later, Buffer)
- Project Management & Communication (Slack, Airtable)
- Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
