Ready to put your customer service and billing skills to work? We’re hiring a Customer Account Specialist/Billing in Atascadero to join an administrative office team. Monday–Friday schedule, steady hours, and a chance to help customers while keeping accounts accurate and organized.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in person and by phone
Handle billing questions & resolve account issues
Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Keep records up to date & prepare daily bank deposits
Create simple reports for management
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of customer service and account experience
Accounts Receivable or billing experience a plus
Comfortable with Microsoft Office & computer systems
Strong attention to detail and number skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $25-$26/hr
