Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Greet and assist clients in person and on the phone.
Communication Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with the ability to answer their questions accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments and manage the field technicians efficiently.
Customer Management: Oversee customer needs, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely customer service satisfaction.
Team Support: Assist other team members with customer service needs, and company tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Full-time- Monday - Friday or as needed.
Customer service experience, phone customer service & appointment setting experience are needed, along with good communication and writing skills. Great organization skills are required.
Good computer experience and email experience are required. Dispatch software experience is a plus.
Office dress code is a must.
