We have a large ranch house that is structured as a Co-Living Community/Intentional Community in a beautiful rural area just outside of Morro Bay, CA. The property is recently remodeled, has beautiful views and is a few minutes from Morro Bay, CA.
We are seeking a qualified individual to be a live in host to help tenants with basic needs, keep the shared spaces clean and orderly between the times that our cleaners come and to be an intermediary between the tenants and the owners.
We provide all paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, cookware, flatware and spices and will need help monitoring stock levels so we can reorder as necessary.
The position includes a small room, access to our beautiful commercial kitchen, on-site laundry, all utilities and access to multiple shared bathrooms.
The position will require about 1 to 1.5 hours per day, weekends are not required except for rare occasions. This is a non-paid, volunteer position that includes housing, utilities, laundry and the other amenities of the property.
We are looking for a single individual and we do not currently accept pets. (Fish or small reptiles would be ok).
