We are a locally-owned small business and a full service print shop looking to add an Assistant Manager to our team.
Ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, with work in a print shop or shipping center preferred.
Position is Full Time (35-40 hours/week) at our location on Foothill Blvd., next to SLODOCO.
Duties will include maintaining our standard of world-class customer service, assisting management and other staff with day-to-day operations and oversight of key product and service areas, plus sales and service of all business offerings.

We provide extensive training on our products, services, and procedures. Candidate should already have strong customer service and sales abilities. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Computer literacy is a must.
This position requires working as a notary and/or livescan technician. The training and application for these certifications is provided for by the store, but applicant must meet eligibility requirements for these roles.

We like to say that we see something new every day, so there is always something new to learn.
From packaging and shipping, to printing and binding, there are many skills and abilities we use to run our center. We offer detailed training, but we also need self-starters who will continue to learn and grow their own skills even after that initial training period.
Things can get fast-paced, and there is always something to do. We switch tasks throughout the day, moving from finishing a big print order, to packaging items before our pickup, to helping customers with questions, and of course cleaning and stocking throughout. Naturally, ability to multitask is a great asset.
