The staff works in a low child-to-teacher ratio, where children learn through a play-based curriculum created using developmental practices and children’s interests in mind. The position starts in July 2024.
Applicants must have the basic 12 Early Childhood Education units. Also desired a degree in one of the following: Child Development, Human Development, Psychology, Sociology, or Liberal Studies with a minimum of. You should also have strong leadership skills, be organized, energetic, reliable, self-directed, resourceful, and have computer skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Most importantly, you should have a love for children and a desire to continue learning.
