Arris Studio Architects, with offices in San Luis Obispo, CA, and Portland, OR, is seeking a full-time experienced architect to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in collaboration and is eager to contribute to all phases of architectural projects. Responsibilities include Schematic Design/Entitlements, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permit Processing, and Construction Administration.
Our portfolio features a diverse range of recent projects, including historic renovations, mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, hotels, and high-rise buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects with a team dedicated to design excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Seven plus years of practical experience
Proficient in Revit
Expansive knowledge of construction practices, building codes and trends
Highly motivated and looking for new opportunities
Able to work in fast-paced environment
