Our diverse portfolio includes residential, multi-family, commercial, public, medical, and winery projects.
We are a close-knit, five-person team based in Paso Robles, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a talented and driven Project Architect who’s ready to take the next step in their career—and help shape the future of our firm.

What You’ll Do
● Lead and manage projects from concept to completion
● Supervise and support project staff
● Coordinate schedules, production timelines, and design deliverables
● Collaborate on design development, presentations, and marketing efforts
● Prepare and oversee construction documents, building code analysis, and consultant coordination
● Ensure quality control, permit readiness, and construction documentation accuracy
● Juggle multiple responsibilities while staying organized and focused
What We’re Looking For
● Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience
● Architectural license in California
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
● Strong experience with commercial construction documentation and detailing
● Expert knowledge of California Building Codes
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
● Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
● Local residency in North San Luis Obispo County is a plus
