Work alongside a friendly team and have the tools and equipment needed to perform tasks successfully. Your Responsibilities:
Our facility is not run like a typical Body shop. We all wear many hats, there are no specific titles. We all work together to get the job done.
Disassembly for repairs, reassembly after repairs, and preparing vehicles for delivery.
Perform collision repairs, including body panel replacement, dent repair, and frame straightening.
Utilize specialized tools, such as welders, frame machines, and sanding equipment, with precision.
Work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
Required qualifications:
Proven experience as an auto body technician.
Proficiency in a wide variety of repair techniques, including welding and metalwork.
A strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
I-CAR or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
