We are a popular, French inspired bakery in the beautiful coastal beach community of Cayucos, CA. We are looking for one or two motivated, reliable, team members to join our Bijou family! We prioritize a positive and fun work environment, and creating high quality baked goods to ensure the satisfaction of our dedicated customers. Our bakery shares the beautiful grounds of the Historic Cass House, the first home ever built in Cayucos. Ideally our new crew member will have a level of baking or kitchen experience. Job requirements include:
- scaling and baking of ingredients by following recipes
- helping with customer service
- early hours starting at 5am
- standing for 8+ hours a day
- reliable source of transportation
- available for 3-4, 8 hour shifts per week
- available to work weekends
- California food handler certificate as well as the Alcohol Server Certification (have 30 days upon hire to complete)
