Pappy McGregor’s Pub is looking to hire an individual for our bar back position. This position works behind the bar with our bartender helping pour beers, wine, juicing fruit, cutting garnishes, stocking beer, spirits, glassware and ice. You will also have customer interaction, greeting, taking orders and clearing plates and glassware. The bar back position is a great way to break into the bar business. Our bar backs earn cash tips directly from our bartender and servers. Typical tips range between $75-$150 per shift plus $16.50/hr, making you approx. $30-$50 per hour on average.
Applicants must be 21 years old. We have a position available with 3-5 shifts per week. Open shifts are days, nights, weekends Please apply with resume or in person. Position open immediately.
