Are you friendly, reliable, and great with people? We’re looking for professional and personable Door Staff to help create a safe, welcoming, and energetic environment for our guests.
As a growing local bar known for great vibes and good times, we want team players who care about customer experience and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, fun atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
-Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
-Check IDs and maintain entry standards
-Help set up and close down the bar with the team
-Collect and return glassware to keep the space clean and flowing
-Interact with guests to ensure they’re having a great time
-Calmly and respectfully de-escalate situations when needed
-Work closely with bartenders and management to support nightly operations
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication and people skills
-Dependable, team-oriented attitude
-Ability to stay calm under pressure
-Experience in customer service, hospitality, or nightlife a plus—but not required
