Location: Scout Coffee Co., Morro Bay/Bakery
Schedule: Part-time, Early Morning Shifts

Job Description:
Are you passionate about baking? We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Early Morning Baker to join our team at Scout Coffee. As part of our baking team, you will be responsible for baking our signature baked goods!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads & pastries.
Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards for all baked items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery space.
Work with the team to keep the bakery running smoothly during busy morning hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous baking or pastry experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work early mornings starting at 3 am!
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
