Estero Adventures is looking for reliable, energetic, and efficient people to join our team. Located within the Estero Inn and located right on the water of Morro Bay. Part-time and full-time shifts available.
This new enterprise will be offering rentals of electric boats, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, bikes and more. We will also be operating a retail space conducting merchandise sales and equipment rentals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service
Helping people get in and out of the water from their kayaks/paddle boards/electric boats
Be informative when people have questions about the area
Help to keep a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
Use of POS system to conduct merchandise sales as well as rental transactions
Have strong communication skills
Self-motivated individual who can perform well even unsupervised
Knowledge of the ocean currents, winds, and tides a plus
Working Conditions:
Mostly outdoors
Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds
Ability to stand and be active for long periods of time
Part-time/full-time opportunities available for right candidate 15-40 hours per week approx.
Compensation will be $15 plus potential bonuses based on performance.
