Atascadero Lunch and Dinner Restaurant is looking for a person to lead our team in the kitchen.
We need someone who not only knows how to cook great food, but can lead and manage a team.
Must be able to hire, fire, take inventory, manage food cost and menu prices, manage labor cost, set up systems for efficiency and speed and create specials.
Time commitment is 40 to 50 hours a week.
Salary is $90,000 a year plus a percentage of profits issued each quarter.
