Grace & Rose is a seasonal, farm-to-table restaurant located in a 110-year-old restored farmhouse in Paso Robles. Our menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, thoughtfully prepared in a warm, intimate setting. Position: Line Cook
Schedule: 4 dinner services + Sunday brunch (Part-time & Full-time available)
Pay: $18–22/hour
Start Date: Immediately
What You’ll Do
Execute prep and service for a seasonal, rotating menu with precision and consistency
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment
Manage your station efficiently and assist other cooks as needed

Who You Are
1–2 years of experience on the line in a professional kitchen (farm-to-table a plus)
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working clean and fast
Passionate about food, local sourcing, and continuous improvement
Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle a dynamic kitchen environment
Reliable, communicative, and a positive team player
