We are seeking a Line Cook applicants for our family-owned seafood restaurant located on the water in Morro Bay, CA.
Dutchman's Seafood House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh seafood for the last 38 years.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes.
Perform portion control and minimize waste.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely matter by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
Set up and clean station according to restaurant protocol.
Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables and shelves.
Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards.
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
Use a deep fryer
Operate a variety of machines and utensils

Qualifications:
Must know and read some English
Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
Enjoys working as a team with the BOH and FOH
Open to change and learning new methods
Appreciates hospitality and food
$19/hr plus tips
