Nate’s on Marsh is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
Server positions are available.
Previous experience not required; In depth training provided from the outset.
Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend availability is required.

Rooted in Central Coast hospitality, we are seeking passionate and customer-focused front-of-house professionals to join our energetic and creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Manage seating efficiently using the floor map and table availability.
Assist with food running, bussing tables, and resetting for quick turnover.
Maintain clear communication with team members about table status and guest needs.
Report guest feedback to management promptly.
Work collaboratively to uphold a smooth and successful service flow.
Handle additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant environment not required.
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stay professional, proactive, and calm under pressure.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skilled multitasker with the ability to manage time effectively.
