Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure all dishes are high quality and presented attractively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members for timely and efficient service
Experience Preferred:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in the food/hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Experience with vendors, cutting food costs, and managing people is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling

- Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, measuring/mixing)
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Support food preparation and cooking as needed
- Work with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
Experience Preferred:
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in the food/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help cut food costs is highly valued
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
