We're looking for a part time dishwasher for 3 night shifts at The Hatch in downtown Paso Robles. Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish room and the position requires a sense of urgency, an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
Some dishwashing experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Typical schedule starts at 5:30 pm and weekends are required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
⢠Operate dishwashers efficiently and responsibly wash dishes, glassware and flatware
⢠Scour pots and pans
⢠Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products
⢠Light prep work according to directives from Executive Chef
⢠Follow verbal instructions
⢠Safely handle and store cleaning products
⢠General dish area maintenance including: sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal
⢠Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
⢠Dishwashing/cleaning experience
⢠Previous experience working in a prep cook role a plus
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Must speak and understand English
⢠Organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
⢠Able to spend 100% of the time standing
