Small restaurant located in a fun beach townWe are looking for friendly, honest, energetic, mature, dependable individual who genuinely likes people from around the world! Prior Food Service Experience Required. Looking for individual desiring year-round, long term employment who can work mornings, afternoons, and some weekends/evenings/holidays. Must have flexible schedule to start to learn best business practices. Must have a keen sense of promoting to-go, walk away meals.
Working directly with owners and employees on day to day and overall operation of the shop including cleaning procedures & customer service.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all employees
Engage and interact with all staff and set the tone for the restaurant stressing the importance of team work
Exhibit a cheerful, energetic and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
A set work schedule, but must be flexible in scheduling and able to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays when someone is ill, or as needed during other unplanned absences
Inventory/Stocking
Keeping Restaurant Organized and Clean
Make sure high quality products are being presented to the customer at all times
Cashier/Greeter (10-20 hours/week)
The ideal candidates:
Have at least 1 year experience in food industry with current Food Handler License
Be a team player
Be open to new ideas because we are a growing business
Be prepared to learn a lot and work hard if you join our team!
Able to lift 30+ lbs
