Guest Services Coordinator
About Us:
Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals is a full service vacation home rental management and marketing company. We are based in Avila Beach and have projects and interests throughout SLO County.
About the Position:
Provide exceptional customer service by telephone, email and in person.
Assist with property owner requests and guest reservations
Assist other operation teams when needed
Assist owner with business operations and special projects
Other duties as needed
Skills Needed:
Friendly disposition and desire to provide an outstanding guest experience
Ambitious, yet patient and focused
1-3 years vacation rental, bed and breakfast, hotel, event planning, property management and/or related experience
1-3 years marketing experience
Strong computer skills (Mac, Microsoft Office suite)
Strong hands-on with social media marketing websites and tools
Hands-on knowledge of reservation and booking systems a plus
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree
Valid CA drivers license and insurance
Work Location: The primary business location is at 435 1st St, Avila Beach CA.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Salary starts at $22/hour. Employer provides a monthly cell phone allowance. This position is for full-time employment (32-40 hours). Personal vehicle usage is paid at current IRS mileage.
