We're looking for a friendly, food-loving and hospitality driven individual to join our team at Momotaro Ramen!
This role combines food service and customer service, offering guests a welcoming experience and ensuring they feel taken care of from the moment they walk in. If you love food and enjoy creating memorable experiences, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and guide them through our menu to help them find their perfect bowl of ramen.
Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, station and all guest interaction points.
Ensure timely delivery of food to guests
Act as an ambassador of Momotaro Ramen and our commitment to quality food and service.
Food handlers card is needed. If you don't have one, we can help you obtain one.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
A genuine love of food, especially ramen and a passion for hospitality
Previous restaurant experience or customer facing role is a plus but not required. We can train the right individual.
Ability to work as part of a team in a face-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, reliability and a positive attitude
