Professional Tasting Room Greeter/Host
Description:
AronHill Vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery located on west side of Paso Robles in the Templeton Gap. Our Tasting Room and Bistro offers daily wine tasting and farm-to-table lunch experiences for our guests on our beautiful patio overlooking the vineyards. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic professional to join our AronHill family. This is a part-time position offering competitive wages, and gratuities.
Essential Duties Include, But are Not Limited To:
Enthusiastically greet our guests and create a warm and welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, run food, clear plates as needed
Ensure sure top quality service and attention to our guests throughout their entire visit
Provide and maintain exceptional customer service
Assist with on and offsite events
Stock wine, merchandise, light cleaning, and keep the tasting room clean and organized
Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner with all guests and fellow coworkers
Requirements:
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task in a busy (yet fun!) environment
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and willing to jump in and help
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to complete duties and assigned tasks in a timely and detailed manner
Exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills
Engaging and outgoing
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8 hours)
Ability to work weekends, evening events, and holidays
Food Handler's Certificate required within 30 days of employment
