Ken Starr MD Wellness Group in Arroyo Grande, CA is the leading provider of substance abuse treatment services in San Luis Obispo County. We offer detoxification, Medication-Assisted Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), SUD counseling, case management, and wellness services.
Ken Starr MD Wellness Group is seeking to hire a PART-TIME Licensed Therapist (LMFT/LCSW) or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor.
This is an in-person, Part-Time position (5-15 hours per week Maximum) in which you will be responsible for providing group therapy and managing a small caseload of individual counseling clients.
Candidate must be available to work a minimum of one evening (5-8:30pm) per week and be available to schedule individual counseling sessions during the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Must also be available to work a minimum of two Sunday’s per month (9:30am-1:00pm).
Must be a team player and tech-savvy.
