Busy Chiropractic office you will help providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Chiropractic office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We are looking for a motivated person, who can work well under multiple Doctors directions. We are looking for someone that is upbeat, self-starter, efficient, can multitask and likes working with people. We will train.
Will help with:
Scheduling
Therapies: (Will Train) Hot Packs, US, EMS, Traction, Laser, Spinal Decompression
Check in patients and update patients charts
Insurance verification
Filing
Phones
Collecting co-pays
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
