We are seeking a part-time assistant to our Office Manager, in a busy Pediatric clinic.
Qualifications include one who is personable with upbeat social skills this position entails being a liason between insurance companies, clients, doctor's offices, billers, and other professionals. It is necessary to appreciate kids and be child friendly.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to general office work, answer phones, take referrals from clients, doctors, and medical insurance co. There will be much interaction with our biller, insurance agents, doctors, clients, and have knowledge of the correct medical codes. Charts will be set up & organized, while info will be sent to clients prior to their initial appointments with reminder calls and follow-up calls. Emphasis is placed on efficient communication.
