Position Details
Shift Length:
4-hours
8-hours
12-hours
16-hours (sleep through the night)
24-hours
Employment Type: Independent Caregiver (1099 Contractor)
Compensation: Set your own rates and negotiate directly with the client
Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Safety & Security: Monitor client well-being and ensure a safe environment
Transferring: Safely assist with moving and repositioning
Walking Assistance: Help with mobility and ambulation
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of caregiver experience with verifiable references
-Compassionate and patient demeanor
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Application Requirements
-Local Applicants Only: Must be willing to attend an in-person interview in San Luis Obispo County
-Background Screening: Must pass a background check (Live Scan proof is a plus)
-Clean DMV Record
Three (3) Years of Verifiable Caregiver Experience: Please provide 3 references
